MSU Broad MBA 面试问题

10点完成的面试。面试官叫VandenBussche JJ, 是一个很有耐心的一年级学生。问题如下：
Why MBA, why Broad ?
Tell me something about yourself outside your professional life, or something that is seldomly known to others.
Talk something about your leadership style.
Give a case when your personal goal aligns with team goal.
Raising questions.
第一次面试，虽然有所准备，但还不免有些紧张，回答第二个问题时有些语无伦次，不过面试官到是非常耐心，一直没有打断我的回答。整个面试持续了45分钟。
