My interviewer is Associate Director of Admissions.
Maryland usually assigns representitives of career center to interview applicants.
My entire interview lasted almost an hour including 5 mins Q&A
The questions are as below:
Introduce your self
Why MBA? Why Smith? In this question, the interviewer asked me why I switched my job from big company to a small company.
Leadership experienceAbout leadership, he extend a premised question. What kind of your boss's characters do you dislike?
On the basis of previous question, he also aske some premised questions. Such as , if the person you dislike is your boss, how will you do?
Case questionsHe asked me if I am Starbucks GM in certain place, how will I expand the market share in remote place? We had a lot of discussion about marketing strategies. The interviwer will ask you many " why" and " how "
One minute to promote your favorite movie to the interviewer
Who is your role model? and why?
What is your strength and weakness?
Case interview is very special because I had never thoughtthose question until I was asked.
